Welcome! We’re delighted to host you.
To make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask you to keep in mind these simple guidelines:
Waste & Recycling:
Please help us care for the environment by separating your waste (plastic, paper, glass, organic) and using the public bins nearby.
Cleaning Service:
We provide a weekly cleaning, including fresh bed linens, towels, and a full house clean. If you need extra cleaning during your stay, just let us know (additional charges will be applied).
Quiet Enjoyment:
Parties and loud gatherings aren’t allowed, but good times and laughter are always welcome. Please also be mindful of quiet hours (11 PM – 8 AM) so everyone can rest well.
Number of Guests:
Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Smoking:
Smoking inside the rooms is not permitted.
Pets:
We love animals and they are always welcome, just let us know in advance if you’re bringing them along.

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00
Thank you for respecting these times, as it helps us prepare the house for the next guests.
Take Care of the Home:
Please treat the house as if it were your own. If something breaks or stops working, just let us know, we’ll be happy to fix it quickly.
Energy & Water Use:
Please turn off lights and heating when not in use. It helps us save energy and protect the planet.
Toilets:
Please don’t flush toilet paper or any other items. Use the bin provided next to you instead.
Emergency Contacts:
In case of emergency, dial 112 (European emergency number). For anything else, you can always reach us directly.
Safety First:
Remember to lock doors and windows when leaving. We want you to feel safe and relaxed throughout your stay.

Our neighbors are wonderful, let’s keep it that way by respecting their peace and privacy.

This property is a licensed Guest House. According to Portuguese law, all guests must provide passport/ID details for SEF registration.
